We want to create a place where older and vulnerable people feel connected, confident and safe, while also making a valuable contribution in the community to which they belong, with a focus on their wellbeing

We have co-designed a new model of extra care with local councils, people living in extra care, landlords and local communities focussing on wellbeing, aspirations and outcomes, and how we can enable people to have greater choice and control

We aim to create a home for life, providing the right level of care and to enable people to live the best lives they can, delaying or avoiding the need for hospital admissions or a move to a traditional residential care settings.
