As a network we are committed and our aim is to provide care and support to individual people who present challenges, we do this by working and implementing personal centred positive behaviour support plans and strategies.

This helps us as a network to promote positive behaviour support and reduce problematic behaviour and incidents within services. We have our own dedicated fully qualified trainers in the ARC model ( assess – respond – care ) intervention training alongside, applied behaviour analysis and Autism training , who all have input to individual risk management/support plans.

Through this process this allows us to support and plan for individual people in the least restrictive manner and best interest and help to promote independent living, and access to their local community .

Andrew's Remarkable Journey with IAS

Andrew’s incredible progress and fulfilled independent life would not have been possible without the support of IAS. His smile says it all. For 9 years, he has lived in supported accommodation, with staff working closely alongside me, fully understanding the challenges our family has faced. Through their caring and enthusiastic approach, Andrew has achieved so much, even in the face of illness and mobility loss.

The team’s unwavering support, professionalism, and proactive approach to his rehabilitation have been key to his success. Thanks to IAS, Andrew’s progress has amazed us, and I’m deeply thankful for the peace of mind they provide.

Caring and Supportive Environment for Jonathan

Staff keep me fully involved in Jonathan's life, ensuring he is happy and well cared for. They handle any behavioral issues with professionalism and care, always looking for the cause of his distress.

Jonathan enjoys a full life, including memorable holidays, and his annual reviews cover all aspects of his care.

The staff are attentive, consistent, and provide a loving home for him, which is crucial for Jonathan. As a mother, it gives me peace knowing he is safe and well looked after.
