Lifestyle and Interests Support Worker
Stepping Out is a service we have developed to support adults with a learning difficulty to pursue their chosen aspirations and lifestyle options in shared interest groups over the seven day week including evenings.
Staff will be working alongside other staff and occasionally alone. Typical aspects of the job are supporting people to pursue leisure, pleasure, education, work, sport/activity or any chosen interests people may have.
The role may involve general aspects of personal care or assistance, record keeping and enabling people to participate in activities both building based and outdoors whilst developing relationships.
Ideally you need to be able to drive but not necessarily have your own vehicle.
